Mozambique Dirt - East African Spice Blend
Peri-Peri Sauce: Mix 1/4-1/2 c. Mozambique Dirt with 2/3 c. each apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Let rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Spatchcock a room temperature chicken. Divide the sauce. Smoke, grill or bake, basting every 15 minutes until cooked. Let rest, then carve and serve with divided sauce. Serve with french Fren fries, coconut rice and cucumber salad.
Sprinkle onto burgers, eggs, popcorn, French fries, salads and sandwiches.
Mix with sour cream, milk and mayonnaise for a spicy chip or vegetable dip.
