Nashville Hot Chicken: Dredge a room temperature chicken in your favorite buttermilk and flour mixture. Fry in vegeatble oil until done and let rest for 15 minutes. Mix frying oil with 1/4 c. Nashville Dirt to taste. Brush the chicken with the hot mixture and serve on white bread with bread & butter pickles. Serve with cole slaw, or a macaroni salad and Southern sweet tea.
