Santa Maria Dirt - Californian Spice Blend
Use Santa Maria Dirt as a dry rub for smoking, grilling or roasting Tri-tip, chicken, pork chops, ribs or sausage. Coat meat with Santa Maria Dirt, cover and refigerate at least 4 hours. Let come to room temperature. Grill, smoke or roast. Let rest for 15 minutes. Serve with pinquito beans, salsa, fresh green salad and grilled French bread, dipped in melted butter.
